Ring Video Doorbell Pro muffled audio

Several days ago, the audio from the Ring Doorbell Pro went from operating properly to being almost silent. The muffled sound did not begin during a recording. After the last clear audio recording, the next recording and all of the following have been muffled. I’ve tried listening on 2 Android devices (after uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app) and a Windows 11 pc with the same results. Networking is not the issue. Device Health shows no problems. Firmware is current.There was slight precipitation the day before the audio issue began and it has not been above freezing since then. However, that has not been a problem in the past. I removed the doorbell cover, but I didn’t see anything unusual.
Any suggestions on how to solve the problem are appreciated. Hopefully, I don’t need to replace it.

Hi @majbuzz. I’d recommend running through the troubleshooting steps for audio and sound issues outlined in this troubleshooting guide. You can also try a reboot of the Doorbell itself by selecting Reboot This Device from the bottom of the Device Health screen in the Ring app. The reboot will take a few minutes.
