Ring Video Doorbell Hardwiring Build Different

I have been using a ring video doorbell and the battery went bad so I was sent a replacement ring video doorbell but it is the 2nd generation doorbell and the hardwiring is in a different spot then the other and I am not able to use this doorbell. The 2nd gen requires longer wires and I cant connect or use this doorbell. ???

There are a few Video Doorbell versions, in which most are the same for wiring to power. Some differences might be the bracket, as you mentioned, and certain components that might be required for power. Check out the Help Center article below for installation and wiring guides for each Video Doorbell model.
