I have a Video Doorbell 3 that’s coming up on two years of owning it. For the last couple months it will turn itself off even with a fully charged battery after a couple days. I’ve tried different batteries from our other floodlight camera without any different results. Has anyone had experiences with this?
Hi @user20884. If your Video Doorbell is disconnecting from wifi constantly, you will want to look into a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve your concern. Try these following steps:

Verify that the RSSI number is at an acceptable level.

Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20-25 seconds and then reconnecting back to wifi.

Verify or adjust your router settings.
