Doorbell 3 just stopped connecting to Wi-Fi, despite a strong connection. Customer service tells me they will not send even a refurbished replacement because the device is past its 1 year warranty. So it’s safe to assume that these devices die after 2 years ON PURPOSE so you have to buy a new device, unless you signed up for ring protect plus before the warranty expires. Then you get a lifetime warranty. How about just stand by your product?! Worst customer service ever.
