Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus Faceplate arrived damage - Exchange or Return?

I received the complimentary replacement faceplate for my Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus in the mail, only to find out the product arrived damaged in the bag - to the point where I cannot install it on my doorbell. Please note that the shipment package seemed undamaged - so it appears to have been damaged prior to shipment.

If I go to initiate a return the value is $0.00, meaning that I cannot get a new one without paying for it - something I feel I should not be responsible for doing since it appears to have been damaged at the factory before it was packaged up.

What is the best option to replace without buying a new one?

Pretty unhappy right now

While I know it’s only a faceplate, these things really set me off in a bad way.

Thanks for your help.
