Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus Battery isn't registering the batter

Hi, all of a sudden my Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus has stopped working. In the device health section under Battery Level is says add battery. I have just purchased a new battery plus a Chime Pro (2nd Gen) and still nothing. I have tried the full reset and the trouble shooting in Ring. Could someone please let me know what’s happening and how I can resolve this.
