Ring Video Doorbell 3 Constantly going offline

We have a ring 3 doorbell that has gone offline 4 times in the last week. Our Wi-Fi is strong and has never been an issue for 2 years. Now it’s offline constantly. One time it went offline I took battery out and charged it too so that shouldn’t be an issue.

As soon as I unscrew the cover and take battery out and put it back in it will work for a day or two. What should I do. Getting real sick of taking the battery out almost daily.
