Ring video doorbell (2nd gen)

I’ve had my Ring Video Doorbell for 2 years. Charged over night. Battery has only gone up 50%. It’s says I have a solar accessory connected…but I don’t have a solar accessory :confused:

I do not have a solar accessory, so why does it say I have one connected? HELP!

Hi @Jojo1970. This seems like it could be a visual bug. Try using the reboot option on the Device Health page to reboot your Doorbell. This will only take a few moments. If that doesn’t resolve this issue, please follow up with our support team to take a closer look.
