I bought a Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) on December 26th, 2020 from amazon.ca. I installed it on 2021-01-03 and it was working perfectly, logging video, communicating with your app.
The device stopped logging video on 2021-01-25, but we didn’t notice this as we had no reason to check the logs, and the doorbell was still ringing the inside chimes.
We discovered in the past week that it was not working, and noticed that the light was not lighting on the button at all. I flipped the breaker off, and then back on and the doorbell has now stopped ringing the chimes.
Power is definitely getting to the hard-wire connections on the back of the doorbell, and I have tried doing the 20s button hold reset, but it does not work. I have plugged the device into a USB port with the provided cable, it does not appear to charge.
How do I go about getting a replacement?
