Hi recently purchases a Ring Video Doorbell 2 and just set it up today I did everything that they wanted me to do. That included taking off my old door bell and then I connected the two wires on to each of the screws. I then proceeded to test it my pressing the button and it will ring my phone and the ring itself will ring but not my internal doorbell that will not ring.
