Live view and general alarm not working after have updated my Samsung S10+ exynos phone to android 10. Have enabled all permissions. No video just a black screen with a frozen waiting ring in blue. Funny it works if I connect my wireless Galaxy earbuds. Something with access to loudspeaker on Android 10? Hope that it will be an update to the app. I
Just found out that it works if I disconnect the my galaxy watch from Bluetooth or connect my galaxy buds to Bluetooth on Android 10. Strange
I am having the same issue after upgrading to Android 10. I’ve had the Galaxy Watch Active 2 since before recieving the update, and Ring was working just fine. If I either turn off bluetooth or disconnect my Watch, live view works just fine.
In my case, it is a Note 10+. Not sure whether this is a problem on Samsung, or the Ring app, but they should somehow work together to try figure it out.
I also have this problem. I hope Ring, or Samsung, or Google fix it soon.
