Ring Video Doorbell 2 has stopped trickle charging & manual doorbell stopped ringing inside

Hello Ring Community,

I’ve contacted customer support and they’ve issued a new battery, however that does not seem to be the issue, as the new battery has also stopped charging. I’ve not had a working doorbell for 6 months now and about to get rid of the product for another option. Does anyone know of a fix or update which I can make?


Might be a stupid question, but have you verified the voltage at the transformer and at the doorbell? It could be a fault with the doorbell itself, or it could be a wiring/transformer issue.
