Ring Video Doorbell 2 Black & White in Daytime

Hi, I have a Ring Video Doorbell 2. After working perfectly for years, it suddenly decided that it would show black and white video all of the time, even in daytime. I’ve reset it multiple times with no success. Nothing else has changed, so I’m at a loss to why it’s done this. Any ideas? Thanks!
