We bought the ring video doorbell 2 in Costco for Jun 2020,but the battery draining quickly recently,we no high number of events in front door,that same as before.
In the old days,we need recharged it every fortnight,but now,we need recharge it every 2-3 days.
Could you please resend a new Quick Release Battery Pack to me? as the video doorbell still in limited warranty right now.

Hi @SissieZhao. Your battery should last anywhere from 800-1000 events, depending on your wifi strength and number of motion events per day. You can try resetting the Doorbell, then reconnecting it to see if that improves that battery life. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for at least 20 seconds, then release. Then you can reconnect to wifi. If this doesn’t work, Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
