I live in NJ and once it started getting cold outside I noticed that the battery on my Ring Video Doorbell 2 started to drain. It has been wired into the transformer for a few years and we never had this issue. I called support and they told me that the new firmware update stops the battery from charging when cold temperatures hit. Is this accurate ?
