Ring video doorbell 1 not resetting

Hi,

my doorbell started acting weird when battery was getting empty. Ringing without reason, no live feed, etc. Battery status indicated 0%

I have now charged the Ring for 24 hrs, but the battery status still indicates 0% so live feed etc doesn’t work. I can ring the bell and get a notification, but the led is stuck on half blue.

I’ve tried hard resetting a few times, relove the device and set it up again, but still stuck on half blue led and battery on 0%. For the test health report indicates good.
