Suddenly my doorbell won’t connect to the internet. Tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting to the wi-fi( it tried connecting to ring) won’t connect. Checked wi-fi with the ring app said wi-fi signal is good. It says the devices power is good. Tried restarting my phone. The doorbell won’t spin all I have is a solid white light.
Hi @Rib12! If the device light is not spinning, it may not be entering setup mode. Although power levels show as good in the Ring app, I recommend also confirming the transformer is rated for 16 to 24 VAC, and that all wiring is securely connected. Try resetting the Ring Pro as well, by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps!
