Ring Video Door Bell Help

Hello!I have a Ring Video Door Bell, first edition I think. Since I purchase I'm facing a problem to setup and here is my last hope to find a solution for this problem.1 - I'm using Router RT-AX88U on channel 8 2.4ghz.2 - tried to connect directly from my Samsung S10 and using Chime Pro, both find Ring Video Door Bell but when it try to connect to my wifi it fails and gives me always the left white light blinking. 3 - I reinstaled app, reset door bell, reset router and tried several times the setup process and it always find my ring video door bell but not finish the setup, it always stuck on same part when doorbell try to connect my wifi.4 - I installed ring cameras, chime pro, motion detectors and those windows/door equips without any problem.Anyone could help me with this? PleaseThanks!!
