Ring trial not working on new lurchase

Why is the Free trial not working on my new spot light cam That I just purchased and set up

Hi @Jeri1. All new Ring Devices come with a 30 day free trial of the Ring Protect Plus Plan. There is nothing you need to do to activate this trial, just simply set up the device and the trial will begin once your device is connected. If the Ring Device was previously setup, the 30 days free trail will not appear. To determine what is going on in your particular situation, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team.
