I am trying to add a ring subscription but it says I can’t because I haven’t registered a device and to do that on my phone app. When I go to the app there is a device there. Any suggestions on how I can add a subscription?
Hey @knc. Are you a shared user for the Ring device in your app? You must be the owner of a Ring device that is set up on your account in order to get a subscription with it. In addition, you’ll want to ensure you have logged into the correct Ring account to get this set up.
