I have a ring protect plus plan and tried to buy a chime Pro 2 online . Could not get the price discount on ring. Com or amazon … even though is states that you will get a 10 % discount on all ring .com purchases accessories included
Phoned ring support and apparently accessories are not eligible for a discount.
Which one is it … so we are being lied to …

Hi @user75689. Which country are you located in? Are you logged into the correct Ring account? The Ring Protect Plus 10% discount does apply to the Chime Pro. The terms and conditions for this discount can be found here. Keep in mind that the 10% discount cannot be combined with other sales, discounts, or offers.
