Hi all, I have a question. I have a ring doorbell 4 and i want to sell it so i can buy a new one. I want to buy the ring doorbell battery plus because of the better view. A week ago i bought the basic subscription for my current doorbell. My questions i have, when i buy the new doorbell can i use the current subscription when i removed the older one from my account ? What happens with the 30-day trial on the new one ?

Hi @Michel86. Ring Protect Plans are device specific. In this case, you'll have to cancel your old plan and subscribe to a new plan for your new device. Once cancelled, you should receive a prorated refund for the unused time on your account.
