I have 2 ring doorbells and 4 batteries between the 2. Both doorbells stopped working last year. They cannot find my WiFi networks, and the one at my house won’t even turn on. I’ve charged all batteries completely and tried all for 4 batteries on both devices. These are not inexpensive devices, and I have a full ring security system installed at my home. One of my floodlight cams went down last year, and it took 4 months to get it replaced under the warranty. They simply took forever to ship the replacement. Ring, please do better. This is not a reliable security system when devices constantly go down and it’s such a time consuming pain to get service.
