Ring stopped working

I purchased a new phone the ring app transferred over but it won’t show history on my phone or tablet or alexa now

Hi @Tedtuna! Your Ring recording history is based on your account and subscription status. Installing the Ring app on another mobile device should not affect your event history as long as you are logging in with the same owner credentials.

I recommend double checking that each device (phone, tablet, alexa) is logged in and that your Protect Plus subscription is active. You may also check Ring.com/account for your recording history and account information. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
