For the past 2 days, clicking the ring icon on my phone connected only to what ring called a temporary connection issue that they were working on, please retry later. Later tuned out to be the next day, but even then although one could change the mode, the menu items were not accessible. Only now, about 24 hours later have things returned to normal. How come we did not get a situation update on Ring.com?
Hi @duggo. There can be a number of factors that contribute to the issue you were having. As a good practice, try rebooting your internet router and your phone to see if that improves the connection. Also, anytime there is a widespread outage, you can track it using status.ring.com.
