My Ring door bell and camera stopped capturing during night for the last 6 nights.I have rebooted both devices but still no luck.Please help!!!

Hi neighbors. I was able to find this Community post where another neighbor had a similar concern. There is a solution, with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not work.
