Ring stickup cam won’t connect to Wi-Fi-fi

Bought a new ring stickup outdoor cam and cannot get it to connect to my Wi-Fi network. Did some Research, found out that you cannot have any special characters in password, updated network password and camera still refuses to connect. Any help? I have a ring doorbell and a door chime that are connected and working fine.
As a secondary note, I find it funny that the instruments being connected can’t have special characters, but password to account must have one or more.

Good call. Special characters in a password can certain cause the entry to fail. Passwords are also case sensitive. Try also rebooting your network, by powering down the router for a couple moments, then powering it back on.
