Can anyone help my ring stick up camera has come to the end of its free trail now and I keep getting the message in a orange box saying your videos are not being saved and have to click the little x in the corner to clear but it keeps coming back
Hi @user39542. Thank you for sharing your concern regarding this notification that appears in your app. If you choose not to subscribe, after a few days, this message should stop appearing in your Ring app.
I also have the same problem. Popup still persist even after logging off and reinstall the app.
