Hi neighbors! First, I’d recommend not pointing your Stick Up Cam directly at glass such as a window, as this will impact the Cam’s ability to properly detect motion. This is why you’re seeing that it’s not recording motion when you are putting it in a window, as the glass is affecting it. I recommend not having the Stick Up Cam facing a window directly.
