Ring stick up cam-PLUG IN

I have a ring spotlight cam that is plugged in! It worked great for like two days-then “poof” now all it shows is “low battery mode”
It DOES NOT HAVE A BATTERY! I have contacted RING several times to no avail. No help, no answers, no suggestions. I paid a lot of money for an item that is no good. Can anyone help me???

Hi @Ssingletary. Can you clarify which device you have? Your title says Stick Up Cam but your post says Spotlight Cam. Please specify which device you have. If you are unsure, you can find the correct name in the Device Health menu.
