Ring Stick Up Cam Battery - Auto reconnect to Wifi

I would really like that you ensure that the Ring Stick Up Cam - Battery tries to reconnect to the wifi if the wifi i lost. This happens quite often and the devices seem to have an issue reconnecting to the wifi.

I dont have this issue on any other products in my network. also seems fine for the “wired mini cam”. I have excellent signal to all my devices.

Please fix this ASAP or I will need to change brand since I can rely on remote surveillance

Hi @hulabandula. Ring Doorbells and Security Cameras will automatically try to reconnect to the wifi network after an outage. If your Stick Up Cam does not automatically reconnect, it’s possible the signal is not strong enough. I’d recommend reviewing the information in this Help Center article to learn more about how to check the wifi signal strength on your Camera.
