Ring stick up cam 3rd gen battery siren cannot turn off

Question

I have two stickup cams in my house, one of them in my living room is perfectly fine, but the other one in my bedroom has some issues. So when i manually turn on the siren, i cant turn it off, after i activate the siren it should stay red until i turn the siren off, instead of the siren button going red, it just flashed red for less then 0.1 seconds and remained the same as if the siren is not activated, and that causing me can’t turn off the siren. What do i do?

Hi @AX12. What type of phone is this happening on and what version of the Ring app is installed? What happens if you activate the Siren from Ring.com or another device? You can try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing and reconnecting to WiFi. Let me know if this helps.
