Ring Stick Up Battery 3rd Gen

Hi,

I just bought a new ring stick up battery and everything is fine except when it’s triggered by motion the first 3 seconds of video is choppy and briant then it’s fine for the remainder of the video. I tried resetting it, and hasn’t fixed it. Any ideas? Or is this a problem throughout the whole ring camera lineup?

*Side note: Internet is 500mpbs, RSSI is bright green(assuming that’s an indication of a good connection)

Hi there, @M4! Excellent call on checking wifi speeds and signal strength. For help with RSSI values, feel free to reference our Community post about RSSI. When it comes to video image quality and lens adjustment, it’s always good to consider the environment as well.
