Ring stick cam not completing set up

Hello, I’ve just purchased another stick cam for my business so that I have a second area monitored. I had no problem setting up the first camera but after several attempts of getting the new one up and running, the set up fails and it says “check your internet connection”. Internet is working fine. Have reset multiple times but. It sure what else I can do. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi @user64863. What type of phone are you using for the setup, and what version of the Ring app is installed? How close to your router are you for setup? Do you notice any Light Patterns?
