I have a ring spotlight camera. It has 1 battery which came with the cam . I purchased the wired adapter separately . Does the camera not work only on adapter because yesterday the camera stopped working because the battery got completely drained.
Any help and guidance would be highly appreciated
Hi @Rakeshjd. The Spotlight Cam can operate on just the power adapter. When plugging in the power adapter, you have to very firmly push it in the the port and heat a click noise. If the cable is not fully seated, it will not work. I hope this helps!
