Ring spotlight camera-no night vision

All of a sudden my spotlight camera doesn’t have night vision. It actually looks like the camera has fallen into the box where it seems like I’m trying to look out of it. The minute I put the light on the picture works perfectly. I have attached an image for you to see has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hi @Cap123. Factory reset your Camera to see if it helps correct your night vision. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
