I have three Spotlight Cam Wires units and two of the three record 24/7, but the third one won’t. I have no idea why. Thoughts?
Hi @wmillen. Do you not have any events in the Event History for one of the Spotlight Cams, or are you unable to access the Live View? Does it show that the Camera is connected to wifi on the Device Health page? I’d be happy to offer some suggestions once I have a better idea of what’s going on.
Figured it out last night, snapshot capture was not on.
