RING Spotlight Cam Pro keeps detecting solar panel even when disconnected

Hi, I have a RING Spotlight Cam Pro, connected to a Solar Power, it was not charging my battery, so I decided to disconnect the solar panel and reset the camera. Even though the solar panel is disconnected, it keeps showing as though the solar is connected.

Hi @user46284. What is the RSSI for this device? If the RSSI is to weak, it may not have an updated status in the Ring app. You can find this information in the Ring app under the Device Health menu.

It shouldn't be that weak. It's currently RSSI-61
