Ring spotlight cam pro hard wired light-schedules not working

Dusk setting doesn’t work, apparently sun sets pretty random somewhere in the afternoon.
Fixed time settings: light-on seems to work, light-off is 3 minutes later no matter the setting.
I did the location setting, tried both android and IOS app, reset the cam, turned down the light setting off course. All to no avail, money back seems the best alternative.

Hi @user80217. I’d also recommend deleting any Light Schedules that would be affecting this Spotlight Cam, including individually and at the Light Group Level. Then reboot the Spotlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page.
