Try the following steps to resolve your concern: * Verify that your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update available. * Verify your Cameras signal strength, also known as [RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). * [Reboot your camera using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). * Factory reset the Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then go through [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
