I have recently bought the new Ring spotlight cam Pro battery and have been struggling with the birds eye feature during night time. During the day all works perfect - it detects motion, sends the motion notification and shows the 3D picture motion. During night time the camera does not send any notification and neither logs any motion detection when Birds Eye is on. The moment I turn off the birds eye feature it starts detecting motion as expected.
Hi @Ze_Galo. Try the following steps to resolve your concern:
Verify that your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update available.
Verify your Cameras signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.
Factory reset the Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then go through reconnecting it to your wifi.
