Ring Spotlight cam plus

Hi I got a ring Spotlight cam plus but I am struggling to unscrew the bracket to put the camera on. Is it usually really hard to unscrew?

Hi @Kazzy. I found this Community post where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps you can try and what to do if those steps do not work.
