New Ring spotlight cam on AC power running battery down. Says solar is connected. I had solar before but it still ran down… Now AC runs it down?

have done hard reset and re-added

Since you have already tried a reset and new setup of your Camera and the battery is still draining quickly, it might be best if you follow up with our support team directly on this so they can take a closer look. Have redone it several more times, despite firmware updates, the battery is draining at precipitous rates and not being improved by the AC or Solar connections I’ve spent a lot trying…Will try to make time to call support this weekend if you’re open.
