My ring doorbell is currently sitting at RSSI 38, the video is absolutely fine, however I find that the audio cuts off very easily. I assume there’s some sort of level below which the audio no longer records? However I would expect the audio to record all the time the video is? Is there a setting that can ensure this happens?
Hi @Snarf. The audio should be recorded alongside the video, you are correct. What model of Doorbell do you have? If possible, can you please share a video example of the audio cutting out? When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as Youtube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated. Once I have a better idea of what you’re experiencing, I’d be happy to make some suggestions!
