Make sure you have the correct [Solar Panel](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061516532-Solar-Panel-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Information) or [Solar Charger](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061517732-Troubleshooting-your-Solar-Charger-and-Solar-Panel-for-Ring-Video-Doorbells) for your Doorbell. Then ensure it is properly connected to your Doorbell, and that it's receiving at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day. Please also keep in mind that the Solar Panel or Solar Charger will provide a trickle charge to the battery, which is not as quick as manually charging the battery.
