Ring Solar Panel No Longer Shows Connected in App

We had a few cloudy rainy days and the solar panel for my Ring Spotlight Plus Battery stopped showing in the app. I thought no big deal I get it - it’s been cloudy. Today is clear and sunny and the solar panel still is not showing. I have disconnected the panel and reconnected it - still didn’t show - I pulled the 1 battery in the cam and replaced it with TWO fully charged batteries - unplugged the solar panel and plugged it back in - still doesn’t show - I did a reboot in the app - still doesn’t show - I held down the reset button for 30 seconds and did a full reset - still doesn’t show - i give up - what could be causing this on a fully sunny day?

Hoping someone can enlighten me on how to fix this - been tinkering with it all day and it still shows not connected

Hi @unomoss. First, try inspecting the port to ensure that no water or debris has seeped in. Once you’ve ensured the port is clear, plug the Solar Panel in and make sure you hear a “click”. You can also reference this Help Center article here for additional troubleshooting steps.
