Hi @Raymondjtoth. If Live View is not loading on your phone for your Doorbell, try the following steps:
- Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.
- Reboot your smart phone.
- Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then reconnecting it.
- Verify that you have not enabled a VPN on your phone.
- Verify your Doorbell’s signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.
