Security camera keeps leaving Network. Try to set up and won’t allow me to join ring Network 42 to finish the process. All my other cameras are working except this one. Wi-Fi satellite is only 15 feet away from the external camera/spot light
Hi @User24222. This looks like you’re using an iPhone. In order to join the Ring network, you may need to change a setting in your iPhone. Go to Settings > Cellular > WiFi assist (Located at the bottom of the list) and toggle this off. This should allow you to connect and proceed with the setup. After the setup is complete, you can toggle this feature back on if you wish. Let me know if this helps!
