Ring set up failure

I have been trying for the past two days now to set up our new Ring Gen 2 doorbell. We get as far as the trying to connect the Ring to the Ring-Setup in order to in put the Wi-Fi password but it will not connect to this at all. We are using an Samsung Android A54 but have also tried a Samsung tablet and not able to get beyond this step. Please help before it gets thrown at a wall.

Hi @Antipod76. Go to your phones settings and make sure you have your Smart Network Switch toggled off. All, be sure that your phone is up to date and well as the latest version of the Ring app. Let me know if this helps.
