Ring separate chime

Hi I have a Ring Doorbell Gen 2. The separate chime rings on average five times a day when there is no one there . I’ve tried changing the settings via the app. I’ve disabled it from the app to the Doorbell and it still chimes ? Any ideas

Hi @user56046. When it chimes, are you seeing a notification, or can it be associated with an event in your History? You can check the devices Linked to your Chime with the information [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211156426-Setting-Up-and-Linking-Your-Ring-Chime-Pro).
